Continental People provides information about managed visual data collection, demo dataset structure, production workflow, quality control, access conditions and request options for B2B evaluation.

Website content may change as legal, privacy, delivery and product details are reviewed. Nothing on the website is a guarantee that a dataset, 4K package, pilot or custom production engagement will be approved or delivered.

2. Request forms

Request forms are used to collect business, country, intended-use, authority and acknowledgement information needed for access review. You must provide accurate information and must not submit a request for an organization unless you are authorized to act for that organization.

You must not use request forms to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, automated, excessive, malicious or unrelated content.

3. Dataset access

Dataset access is subject to qualification, country eligibility review, authority confirmation, Privacy Notice acknowledgement, applicable Dataset License acceptance, participant rights verification and separate legal and technical clearance.

A Dataset License is required before any controlled dataset delivery. No dataset ZIP, raw dataset URL or password is publicly available through this website.

The 1080p demo dataset flow is designed for a free evaluation sample after approval and license acceptance. The full-resolution 4K edition is also free, but it is always a separate qualified request and is not sent automatically.

4. Country eligibility and access review

Country information is required so Continental People can review cross-border transfer status, recipient eligibility, legal/security routing and delivery restrictions. A country eligibility result does not create an automatic right to dataset access.

Requests from Russia or the Russian Federation are not accepted through the public continentalpeople.com forms at this stage. Russia-based requests should be sent to ai@continentalpeople.ru. Do not use this website to bypass that handling path.

Non-Russia requests remain subject to access review. Submitting a request creates no automatic access or automatic delivery.

5. Website content and IP

Website text, design, images, demo previews, page structure, metadata examples, dataset descriptions and other materials are owned by or licensed to Continental People and are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

You may view the website for legitimate business evaluation. You may not copy, redistribute, train on, republish, mirror, sell, sublicense or publicly upload website materials without written permission from Continental People.

6. No scraping, probing or bypass

You must not scrape the website at scale, probe private delivery systems, attempt to bypass request gates, access hidden files, test credentials, enumerate endpoints, overload infrastructure or interfere with website security.

You must not use bots, scripts, fake identities, disposable addresses or misleading submissions to evade access review, country eligibility review, license acceptance, privacy controls or delivery restrictions.

7. Demo previews

Public demo previews are shown for evaluation of capture style and website content only. Browser controls may discourage direct downloading, but previews are not a public dataset delivery and do not grant reuse rights for raw media.

8. Separate agreements

Any 4K access, extended dataset review, custom pilot, production data collection, participant-specific work, sensitive-data project, paid engagement or non-standard license may require separate written terms, participant rights verification, privacy and legal review, security review and written approval.

These website terms do not replace a Dataset License, pilot agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement or other written agreement signed or accepted for a specific project.

9. No warranties

The website, request forms, demo previews, metadata examples and related materials are provided as-is and as-available. Continental People does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, suitability for a particular use, legal fit for a recipient, model performance or future dataset delivery.

10. Changes and suspension

Continental People may update website content, pause forms, reject requests, delay review, pause access, remove previews, change legal routes or withdraw an offer where needed for legal, privacy, participant, security, product or operational reasons.
